Olympic Village Update
After re-branding the Olympic Village to "The Village on False Creek" and dropping the prices by aprox 30% across the board, marketer Bob Rennie has announced that they have sold more than half of the available 230 condos in just one weekend.
Mr. Rennie reported that 128 condos were bought up with the average price being $778,800. 20 units were bought for more than $1 Million and the most expensive unit went for $2,999,900!
